UK Delivery Terms
Our aim is always to get your order from our warehouse to your door in the quickest time possible.
However, if one or more of the products that you have ordered aren't in stock, this may delay the dispatch, if this is the case you will be notified accordingly either by phone or email.
UK Delivery Charges
The charge for delivery is calculated automatically upon reaching the Car Accessories Plus checkout. However, orders to the value of £150 or more will qualify for free delivery.
Worldwide deliveries are packed the same day and dispatched via Parcel Force and the charge may vary depending on destination. Delivery times may also vary due to location and carrier processing, but may also be delayed due to customs and excise checks in the UK or the country of delivery.

Returns for Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Sent Products
Returns for damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent products are accepted provided the original packaging remains intact and the return is arranged within 28 days from the date of purchase. If you have ordered an item incorrectly and therefore wish to return it for a refund or replacement please also contact us via the above details.
