Order Processing

As a part of the Stoneacre Motor group, CarAccessoriesPlus have full access to all the genuine manufacturer accessories. Although we carry a large range of accessories in stock throughout our branches we do occasionally run out. If we are out of stock of an item when an order is placed we would normally expect to re-stock within three working days. The item will then be shipped out to you, or made available for collection. In the event of the manufacturer being out of stock of an item, we will inform you, and where possible, offer an expected delivery date. If this date is not suitable we will of course offer a full refund should you prefer.

Delivery

All our accessories offer the delivery option. Most items are available for worldwide delivery. However, some of the larger items may have delivery limitations on them. If this is the case it is simply not possible to deliver these items to your destination cost effectively.

All items that are marked for delivery will be dispatched using a tracking system. The tracking number will be available for you to monitor the progress of your order. Items shipped through Royal Mail will be sent out First Class. Items shipped via Parcelforce will be shipped on a 48 Hour delivery basis.

Painting & Fitting Service

We are pleased to offer a full fitting and painting service through our network of Stoneacre branches. Any item that may require painting or fitting will have the price indicated as an option. Once selected, we will arrange for the item to be delivered directly to the Stoneacre branch of your choice. The branch will then contact you to arrange a convenient time for the work to be undertaken.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds.

In the event that a customer decides to return goods which have been supplied correctly, as per their order, the supplier reserve the right to refund the value of the order less the cost of the original carriage. The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to the supplier. A tracking system must be used for the return of goods, or personal delivery to a Stoneacre branch. Once the goods have been received and checked a refund will then be issued.
 
All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund to be received. If the packaging is damaged or absent then only a partial refund will be issued. In the event of goods having to be specially "Ordered in" to complete a customers order, and then being returned, a handling charge of 15% of the original order value will be charged. The customer will be advised if this charge is applicable before the goods are returned. If the customer does not contact the seller prior to returning the goods the charge can still be made at the discression of the supplier.
 
Where goods have been supplied incorrectly due to an error on the suppliers part the supplier will be responsible for all associated charges for supplying the correct item and recovering the incorrect item.

To return an item to us for refund/exchange just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us and let us know that you're returning a product to us. Please quote your reason for the return.
  2. Upon receipt of your return request we will send you details of how the goods need to be returned.
  3. Please return goods using a tracking service like Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post on the way back to us. Personal delivery to a Stoneacre Branch is also acceptable

We aim to refund or exchange products within 2 days of receiving them back to CarAccessoriesPlus. When exchanging goods you will receive email notification when we dispatch the replacement, just like you did with the original order. When refunding an order you will receive an email letting you know when the funds have gone back to you. Please note that it usually takes banks 48 to 72 hours to give you your money back. Once you receive your email notification give it a few days before checking your bank account, if you still haven't received the money back give us a shout and we will look into it for you. Although we can't hurry the banks up we can double check that the refund was processed correctly.

Please note - cancellations can only be made if your email is received prior to the item being dispatched.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
